Powerful Tools Demand Respect

If the WARTHOG WV-1/4″ is being used in pipes larger than 4” in diameter, a rigid stinger should be installed between the tool inlet and the hose end. Otherwise the tool can turn around inside the line (as shown at below) and come back toward the operator, causing serious injury or death.

Stinger not in use here. Tool is backing out of the pipe.

Our smaller Warthog® sewer models have all the powerful features of the larger tools, but can negotiate elbows and clean-outs commonly found in laterals from homes, buildings, restaurants and other light commercial facilities. The WT-3/8-Cis designed specifically to handle 3″ – 6″ lines and clean-outs. This tool is most commonly used an small capacity pumps and cart jetters.

We’ve added permanent carbide buttons to the WT-3/8-Cmodel, specifically designed to handle demanding applications. Pipes made of cast iron and those that have sand or silt can act as abrasive agents that can aggressively wear out the tool. Our carbide buttons are available in all offsets and add up to 5 times the life compared to previous WT-3/8™ models.

The WT-3/8-C features a 3/8 npt or BSPP inlet port.
